Monika Pieprzyk

Monika is an actor, theatre-maker and singer who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Theatre and Performance Studies/Film Studies) from the University of New South Wales (2014) under the guidance of Clare Grant. After creating her own solo and devised work such as Be Careful What You Wish For, Monika continued her training and graduated at the Actors Centre Australia with the full-time acting course. Her credits include Honour (d. Angela Punch McGregor); Transience (Anthony Skuse/Julia Cotton); Midsummer Night’s Dream (d. Jennifer West); The Playboy of the Western World (d. Maeliossa Stafford); and Love Story (d. Gale Edwards). Since graduating, she performed in Mouth of the River (2018) under the direction of Nick Atkins and Emele Ugavule at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre and is very excited to bring MARS to Sydney Fringe and Crack X Festival in Newcastle.
